Job Description
The Social Worker at The Jewish Board will provide essential clinical interventions to support adults with serious mental illness, fostering their independence through personalized recovery goals. You'll work within a collaborative therapeutic team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care that respects their dignity and unique journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide services
Complete client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Develop safety plans and provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with service providers
Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
Knowledge of local and state health and human service systems
