Job Details:
• Work days, Saturday through Monday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM
• Participate in holiday rotation as required • Participate in standby rotation • Weekend work not required but can volunteer • Perform approximately 28 scans/studies per day • Common imaging studies include brain, neck, spine, chest, abdomen, pelvis, breast, cardiac, prostate, and MSK • Image patients with implanted devices and research them prior to imaging • Experience in MRI cardiac, breast, and breast biopsy MRI encouraged • IV skills required - must be able to start IVs • May need to float or cover other areas dependent on operational needs • Work with two scanners at main hospital and three outpatient clinics • Use EPIC EMR system and Sectra PACS • Equipment includes GE 1.5T & 3T at main hospital, Philips and Hitachi at outpatient clinics • Work with radiology aides who assist MRI technologists • Personal scrubs required (hospital scrubs only provided to OR staff)• Department-specific orientation provided • Required certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), BLS for Healthcare worker • Washington State Radiologic Technologist License required unless ARRT(MR) achieved through ARRT Primary Pathway • ARRT MRI Certification preferred • N95 fit testing required • Acute care settingFacility:
