Project Managers are responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process and coordination with other discipline(s) internal or external to BL Companies.

Responsibilities Include

- Managing client relationships

- Determining and guiding overall project direction

- Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project

- Managing resources and productivity

- Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines

- Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline

- Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this position

Required Experience

- PE License

- 10+ years’ experience in Land Development

- Supervision of full-time staff

- Retail, commercial and residential land development experience.

- Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills
