KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Data and Integration to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various integration platforms, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance; collaborate with teams to address issues and enhance application functionality.
  2. Optimize the performance, quality, and cost of delivery by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope, and utilization; manage relationships with third-party outsourced/captive teams, ensuring adherence to technical guidelines and SOPs.
  3. Create and articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, and developing Data and Integration platforms.
  4. Collaborate effectively with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and Senior Executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategic goals.
  5. Build and lead an effective team dedicated to operational responsibilities, including developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Integrations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum five years of recent experience in Enterprise Integrations/iPaaS API-led strategies and management, with expertise in security best practices and architectural solutions for both on-premises and cloud platforms.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  3. Proven success in strategic integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Icertis, Azure Data Lake, GRIP, NGCLEAS, Sentinel, Tax One Platform, Appian, and KPMG Clara Workflow.
  4. Experience with various integration patterns, agile environments, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a solid track record in operational management.
  6. Advanced technical knowledge with the ability to create value and strategy.
