Job Description
Join SAIIA Construction as a Traveling Project Manager, where you'll oversee Civil and Construction projects ensuring quality, profitability, safety, and timeliness. With 50% travel and robust support, you'll manage client relationships and project objectives, leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Prepare and disseminate necessary documentation records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
