Education Requirements
- Nursing diploma or equivalent (LPN licensure) from an accredited program
Certifications Requirements
- Valid Minnesota LPN license
- CPR & BLS certification
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC experience
- Prior experience with long-term care facilities and elderly patient care preferred
Other Requirements
- Must have certification to work as an LPN in Minnesota
- Soft skills: compassionate, detail-oriented, excellent communication
- Able to work nights (10:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Must be willing to travel if over 2 hours away (housing provided if applicable)

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility.
