Job Description

Join New Directions Mental Health as a Mental Health Therapist and make a meaningful impact in the community by providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to empower clients on their journey to healing.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
