Job Requirements & Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
Travel Experience Required: Yes
*BLS & NC state license required.
*EPIC
*Previous Peds experience required. Outpatient setting exp required.
Position will be primarily Peds but candidate may flex to Adult Ortho or Adult Neuro as needed.
Large portion of peds caseload is birth to 5 yrs so MUST be proficient with this age group.

*AROM AAROM PROM, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Strength testing
*Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long & Short Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Time Management
*Gait belt & training
*Cognitive disorders
*Cerebral Palsy, Developmental delays, Early Intervention Programs, Individualized programs, Milestone assessment, Scoliosis, Spina bifida, Torticollis
*Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury prevention

Located in rural community health setting. Rehab clinic consisting of PT/OT/ST services. Majority of dx are developmental delay, autism, torticollis, cerebral palsy, and genetic abnormalities. Experience with adult population would be a bonus to enable flexing when we have pediatric cancellations, but not required.

 

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS/13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility. Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.
