StartDate: 10/1/2025 Available Shifts: M-F 9-5 or 8 to 4 Pay Rate: $400000.00 - $600000.00
Aphysician-led, community-focused oncology practice in theEast Bay, CA , is seeking aHematology-Oncology Physician to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to practicepatient-centered, high-quality care in acollaborative practice setting with partnership potential .
About the Position

• Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5
• Patient Load: 15-20 per day, treating bothhematology (50%) and oncology (50%) cases
• Call Schedule: 1 in 4
• On-Site Support: Infusion centers, imaging (MRI, CT, PET), radiation oncology, and access to clinical trials

Compensation & Benefits

• First Year potential: $600K-$650K+
• Partnership Available After2 Years with amillion-dollar-plus potential
