Key Responsibilities
Provides skilled physical therapy services and develops care plans

Required Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
Basic Computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification
