Job Description
As an Inside Sales Manager at Staples, you will play a key role in building partnerships and supporting sales initiatives for Quill. Collaborating with various teams, you will enhance awareness of our business solutions while managing critical marketing and sales processes to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral
Manage vendor portals and content
Partner with marketing to spread awareness
Support new member onboarding and field quote requests
Train sales teams on buying group changes
Assist with conference setup and collateral
Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy
Work with pricing team on collateral updates
Support large buying group sales initiatives
Attend and support conferences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate with teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Marketing experience
Strong sales process and methodology
