Key Responsibilities
Perform instrument production and case assembly
Conduct sterile processing and decontamination of surgical instruments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Certified in sterile processing from CRCST - HSPA
At least 6 months experience in sterile processing
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
