Key ResponsibilitiesAssess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills Develop therapeutic retraining programs with measurable objectives Administer and interpret diagnostic and prognostic tests Confer with the patient's physician and other health care team members Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients Review/expand retraining programs Consult with other vocational team members Report patient status and progress Participate in care coordination and discharge planning Design community reintegration activities Recommend/design special adaptive equipment Design/train staff and family members Coordinate/oversee/supervise/instruct Occupational Therapy Assistant and Home Health Aide performance Accurately document patient care observations and interventions Required QualificationsDegree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program Current and unrestricted OT licensure Current CPR certification Good organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation Preferred QualificationsA minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience Home Health experience Benefits & PerksPaid time off 401(k) retirement savings plan Employee assistance program Business travel and accident
