OB unit that includes antepartum triage, labor and delivery, and mother/newborn couplet care
Unit Size/Beds: 13 Expected Ratios: 1:1 during labor and delivery, 3:1 couplet care
Cases seen: 40 deliveries/month
Years of Exp preferred: 2 years of labor and delivery AND postpartum couplet care
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, Neonatal resuscitation, intermediate fetal monitoring
Our recruits need to be able to take care of L&D patients as well as postpartum mothers and baby
