Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Residential Care Facility Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. You'll be part of a dedicated team making a positive impact on the lives of residents in a long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Preferred Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
