?? Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location: Providence, Rhode Island Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM | 36 or 48 hours/week | Rotating weekends and holidays Department: Telemetry 

?? Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telemetry RN to join our night shift team. You’ll provide high-acuity care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in critical thinking, multitasking, and delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Perform assessments and document patient status and progress

• Respond to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
