Key Responsibilities
Provide effective people leadership and drive team engagement
Perform performance management to achieve company objectives
Maintain overall team performance and implement new processes
Provide coaching to agents to improve performance
Recommend learning and development resources for agents
Educate agents on digital resources to enhance customer experience
Collaborate with other supervisors to foster a positive culture
Participate in peer feedback sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days
2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or production environments
2+ years of strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of company-sensitive data
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in a production or call center environment
Experience in the Medicare, insurance, or financial services industry
Bilingual Proficiency English/Spanish
