Job Description
Join the Veterinary Specialty Center as a Patient Care Liaison where you will build strong relationships with clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional client service as per VSC standards
Act as a liaison between client families and medical staff
Create and present financial estimates based on doctor recommendations
Review invoices for accuracy
Provide financial counseling and emotional support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of client service and/or medical office experience
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
Strong mathematical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Medical background and medical terminology training
Experience in high-pressure environments
