Registered Nurse – NICU (Day Shift) Position Summary

UnityPoint Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced NICU RN to join the team at Blank Children’s Hospital. This role involves caring for critically ill neonates in a 42-bed NICU unit. Nurses may float to general pediatrics and PICU based on facility needs.

Key Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
  • First-time travelers accepted
• Certifications:
  • Required: BLS (AHA), NRP
  • Dependent and Child Abuse certifications (can be obtained during onboarding)
• Licensure:
  • Iowa RN license or Compact license
