Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy

Location: Concord, MA

Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential Extension)
Schedule: 36–40 Hours per Week | 4 Days/Week
Shift Options: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Call Requirement:

• One weekday (5:30 PM–3:30 AM) on-call shift per week
• One 48-hour weekend on-call shift per month (Saturday 7:00 AM – Monday 6:30 AM)
• Holiday call rotation required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Endoscopy experience to join our clinical team in Concord, MA. The ideal candidate will provide safe, compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position offers a balanced weekday schedule with rotating call responsibilities and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Administer medications and ensure adherence to sedation and safety protocols.
• Maintain and prepare endoscopy suites and equipment in compliance with infection control standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Support patient education regarding pre- and post-procedure care.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN License – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy, GI Lab, or Procedural RN experience
• Strong knowledge of infection control and conscious sedation protocols
• Excellent teamwork and critical-thinking skills
