Schedule: Full-Time 7 on / 7 off
Shift Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM with flexibility
Annual Shifts: 182 shifts per year

Position Overview:

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team at our Waterman campus. This is a full-time employed position with a 7 on / 7 off schedule , working 7AM to 7 PM with flexibility , totaling 182 shifts annually .

Our hospitalist teams are well-supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Practice Highlights:

• Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days of
• 12-hour shifts: 7 AM to 7 PM with flexibility
• Epic EMR
• Opportunities to pick up extra shifts if desired
• Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment
• No procedures required; optional if desired
• Support from APP's

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license
• Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
