Key Responsibilities
Perform daily opening & closing of office paperwork as needed
Responsible for key control for contract cleaning companies
Inventory and order weekly supplies as needed
Supervise Housekeeping Inventory area
Check quality and productivity of Housekeeping Inspectors
Work closely with outside cleaning companies and update room status
Perform and follow up on housekeeping calls
Communicate inventory needs and maintenance issues using Asgard system
Make weekly forecasts for contract cleaning companies
Assist in managing housekeeping lost & found procedures
Assist in making housekeeping employee schedules
Cover Executive Housekeeper duties on their days off
Complete other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
