Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers without making cold calls
Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage
Convert quotes into new policies
Required Qualifications
2 years prior sales or professional office experience OR associate's degree or higher
Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
