Key Responsibilities
Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
Manage overall store performance and meet Company performance standards
Lead team to reach or exceed sales goals
Supervise and maintain office security, cash management, and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with Company policies and local laws
Maintain a visually pleasing store atmosphere
Complete bank deposits and other Company business
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Operations experience in a leadership capacity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
Must be at least 18 years of age
Background check required
Ability to meet physical demands of the position

Associate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
