Job Description

As a General Manager, you will lead your store's success by coaching your team, ensuring performance standards are met, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a key role in driving business growth, maintaining compliance, and creating a professional atmosphere that resonates with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members
  • Manage overall store performance and meet Company performance standards
  • Lead team to reach or exceed sales goals
  • Supervise and maintain office security, cash management, and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and local laws
  • Maintain a visually pleasing store atmosphere
  • Complete bank deposits and other Company business
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Operations experience in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work with phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Background check required
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
