Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Philadelphia region. This remote role focuses on acquiring new customers and developing impactful sales strategies while enjoying a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts for new customer acquisition
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
  • Make a positive impact on culture and team
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory approximately 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
