Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies, achieving sales targets
Manage a team of sales representatives
Identify specific business markets and customer segments for growth
Track sales goals and set individual sales targets
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
Prepare accurate and timely reports documenting sales activities
Attend trade shows and other events as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field preferred
10+ years sales experience, with at least 5 in a management role
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience developing and managing a sales team
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collect, track and analyze data to draw insights
