Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with suppliers to assist and advise on supply economics and strategies.
Forecast supply requirements monthly and annually.
Manage P and L for assigned territory.
Increase sales and margins by prospecting new customers.
Facilitate long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals.
Create and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other CHS divisions to leverage business relationships.
Demonstrate effective cross-selling success.
Apply CHS sales cycle to achieve targeted results.
Maintain a strong safety culture and follow safety policies.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and/or GED
4+ years of sales, business development, business operations or related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Agronomy sales experience
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field
Outside sales experience including presentations and customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
