Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining general cleanliness and safety in various areas
Performing daily and weekly maintenance tasks
Supporting teams with cleaning projects
Performing minor repairs and improvements
Participating in ordering supplies for store maintenance
Assisting with cleaning emergencies
Maintaining store landscaping and parking lot
Conducting continual cleaning of all store departments
Reporting safety hazards and violations
Performing other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
Demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store
Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Ability to maintain professional and appropriate conduct
Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner
Effective time management and organization skills
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in retail or related field is a plus
