Key Responsibilities

Assisting CNAs in performing ADL and routine care
Conducting resident/patient treatments
Administering medication as per physician orders
Submitting pharmacy orders
Documenting and recording all information accurately
Giving injections of medication as prescribed
Monitoring resident health and communicating with RNs and physicians
Taking vital signs
Basic care including wound cleaning and bandaging
Managing IVs and monitoring fluid/food intake

Required Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Experience in a clinical setting
Ability to administer medication and treatments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a managerial role
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team
