You'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing compassionate service and assisting with scheduling and care coordination within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answering, returning, & screening calls/requests
Collecting and scanning documentation and co-pays
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing virtual clinic waiting rooms
Documenting service provided in client charts
Communicating with clients regarding appointment details and co-pay
Performing data entry and routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
