Job Description
Join Pilgrim's as an Onboarding Supervisor on the 3rd shift, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding experience for new hires. You will ensure safety compliance, manage training programs, and foster positive relationships in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safety policies are met by new hires
Manage new hire experience from day 1 to 60 days
Administer and track new hire training
Supervise hands-on training for new hires
Develop positive working relationships
Meet with supervisors and HR to review processes
Participate in HR & company committees
Fulfill key performance indicators related to retention and safety observations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Bilingual
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Professional communication and demeanor
Ability to work independently
Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment
Great attendance record and good standing
Preferred Qualifications
Associates Degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or similar field
Previous training experience
Knowledgeable in all duties of the specific department
Highly motivational and positive, considered a great people person
