Join Rushford as a Mobile Crisis Clinician, where you will respond to community crisis interventions and provide essential support to individuals in need. Your expertise will help ensure safety and recovery for those facing mental health and substance use challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive initial and ongoing assessment of individuals in crisis
Collaborate as a member of the Crisis Team for recovery-oriented care
Provide therapeutic and case management support
Serve as a liaison to local police and emergency services
Ensure timely documentation and billing procedures
Work across programs for clients with mental health and substance use disorders
Participate in administrative activities including team meetings and clinical supervision
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Three years providing direct services to psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse population
Three years previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis intervention
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
