Job Description
Join the ASPCA as the Director of Mobile Veterinary Services, leading a dynamic team dedicated to providing essential veterinary care to underserved communities. In this role, you'll manage operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and cultivate a positive work environment while making a significant impact on animal welfare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing key functions: client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Deliver superior client experience and patient care
Achieve program impact goals and ensure mobile clinics are staffed and functioning
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following and executing written Standard Operating Procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Education and/or work experience in Veterinary Technology, Business, Logistics, Hospitality, or related field
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
California Veterinary Technician license
