Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all agency properties in NYC
  • Manage area managers and maintenance teams
  • Coordinate with external contractors for complex maintenance issues
  • Ensure compliance with life safety standards and regulations
  • Develop performance metrics for property operations
  • Implement process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years working as a tradesperson
  • 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience with technical building systems
  • Understanding of maintenance operations and vendor management
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hybrid role
  • Familiarity with life safety system requirements
  • Ability to develop and analyze performance metrics
  • Prior experience managing large real estate portfolios
