Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload
  • Coach associates on exceptional performance
  • Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates
  • Communicate changes to the Department Specialists and associates
  • Promote and drive sales while maintaining product awareness
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities for corrective actions
  • Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
