Key Responsibilities
Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload
Coach associates on exceptional performance
Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to train and develop associates
Communicate changes to the Department Specialists and associates
Promote and drive sales while maintaining product awareness
Review KPI results and identify opportunities for corrective actions
Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years customer service or retail experience
Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
