Job Description
Join ChanceLight as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide tailored clinical and educational support for Middle and High School students. In a dynamic environment, you'll lead training and ensure compliance with educational standards, making a lasting impact on student lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training and support for functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
Monitor academic and behavioral services
Support staff in instructional practices
Conduct quality assurance assessments
Ensure compliance with educational standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis or a closely related field
Licensed or in the process of obtaining BCBA credential
Well-versed in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Prior experience in special education services
Crisis management experience
Ability to make independent decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Special education credential
Experience with students with IEPs
Knowledge of relevant technology
