Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will drive sales performance by coaching and developing Sales Consultants to achieve profitable growth. You'll lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement, making a significant impact on your district's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction
  • Lead and facilitate district meetings
  • Direct Customer Engagement efforts
  • Leverage Sales Support resources and tools
  • Deliver Sysco brand results
  • Support national campaigns and promotions
  • Coach and train sales associates
  • Execute territory planning and management

Required Qualifications

  • High School education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superb organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
