Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will drive sales performance by coaching and developing Sales Consultants to achieve profitable growth. You'll lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement, making a significant impact on your district's success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction
Lead and facilitate district meetings
Direct Customer Engagement efforts
Leverage Sales Support resources and tools
Deliver Sysco brand results
Support national campaigns and promotions
Coach and train sales associates
Execute territory planning and management
Required Qualifications
High School education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant industry experience
2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
