Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
  • Define client problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs and bids for renewals and expansions
  • Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Manage backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years in a client facing or account leadership role in IT or management consulting
  • Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
  • Experience with claims and service center operations
  • Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
  • Strong performance track record across various portfolios
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and persuade effectively
  • Ability to conceptualize and analyze business transformations
  • Forecasting and P&L management experience
