Key Responsibilities
Increase sales and profitability for the cooperative through sales and marketing processes
Implement and support current customer programs and develop new customer markets
Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams to enhance sales visibility and impact
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals
Provide training to co-op staff and customers
Manage customer complaints and inquiries
Use CRM for tracking results and communications
Develop knowledge of energy products
Promote a positive safety culture and follow safety policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Outside sales experience including presentations and customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
