Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and profitability for the cooperative through sales and marketing processes
  • Implement and support current customer programs and develop new customer markets
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance sales visibility and impact
  • Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals
  • Provide training to co-op staff and customers
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries
  • Use CRM for tracking results and communications
  • Develop knowledge of energy products
  • Promote a positive safety culture and follow safety policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Outside sales experience including presentations and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
