Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide individual and family outpatient therapy tailored to client needs
Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and authorization forms
Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and other therapists
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Provisional license as required by state regulations
Educational background leading to or resulting in professional licensure
Passion for mental health and commitment to providing high-quality care
Dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health
Desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
