Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide essential on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice serving long-term care settings. You'll work independently to determine treatment plans, monitor patient care effectiveness, and educate families about available services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
Functions independently to perform history and physical for complex patients
Orders and reviews diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assists with the provision of care according to regulations
Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
Maintains relationships with facility contacts
Educates family members and clients regarding services
Assists with physician relations
Completes reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
