Job Description

Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide essential on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice serving long-term care settings. You'll work independently to determine treatment plans, monitor patient care effectiveness, and educate families about available services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site screening clinical assessments
  • Functions independently to perform history and physical for complex patients
  • Orders and reviews diagnostic and therapeutic tests
  • Assists with the provision of care according to regulations
  • Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintains relationships with facility contacts
  • Educates family members and clients regarding services
  • Assists with physician relations
  • Completes reports in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
  • Current NP License
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • Current Infection Control Certification
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • COVID and Flu Vaccine
  • 1 year of NP experience
