Key Responsibilities
Assist with cultural change to a more stable maintenance environment
Plan schedules and coordinate preventative maintenance and repair work orders
Develop job plans and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Audit work order completion and improve future work
Work with Parts Coordinator on parts inventory
Determine reporting and analysis needs for preventative maintenance program
Support execution of capital projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years Maintenance Planning experience
Previous experience of CMMS system required; Bigfoot experience a plus
Knowledge of methods, practices, tools, equipment, material and safety procedures used in repair and maintenance
Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance work and estimating materials, labor and equipment costs
Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and practices
