The Ambulatory Resource Nurse-RN provides clinical nursing care to patients commensurate with nursing licensure. Support the department flow and clinical staffing. Serves as first line of escalation for clinical staff nurses and medical assistants. Escalates departmental issues through appropriate escalation path. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education - Required
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
Experience with adult and pediatric patients in ambulatory
3-4 years of ambulatory experience
Acute care experience required
Experience leading others
BSN Preferred
Required Licenses / Registrations
RN - Registered Nurse
Current MA license
Required Classes/Skills
BLS – Basic Life Support
Required additional Knowledge, and Abilities
Knowledgeable in the workflows and policies at an ambulatory practice.
Demonstrated flexibility, positive outlook, and problem-solving abilities.
Meets or exceeds SSH pillars of excellence in practice
Demonstrated ability to lead clinical staff, provide resources, and manage schedule assignment changes.
