Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with customers
Create engaging presentations and attend conferences to represent Quill
Present custom pricing solutions to potential high growth commercial customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek constant improvement and coach others
Promote company values and services
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/ GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
