Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagements
Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues in various business lines
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3-5 years of banking, wealth management, or equivalent experience
Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients
Minimum of two licenses (SIE, Series 6 or 7, 63 or 66, Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses)
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
