The Hospitalist Physician provides inpatient medical care at a Critical Access Hospital in northern Maine, managing patients with cardiorespiratory diseases, infections, strokes, and post-operative conditions. Working 7-10 shifts per month with 24/7 call coverage supported by telemedicine, the physician collaborates with specialists in cardiology, surgery, psychiatry, anesthesia, and urology. The position offers a private on-site workspace, malpractice coverage, full meals, and competitive compensation within a rural community surrounded by outdoor recreational opportunities.

Start Date: November 2025
Credentialing: 30-90 days
Schedule: 7-10, 24-hour shifts/month
Call: 24/7 with Telenoc backup
