Facility Requirements

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year in:
  • Special Procedures OR
  • Cath Lab OR

  • EP Lab cases

    Required Licenses & Certifications

  • ARRT or RCIS
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
  • Texas Medical Radiologic License (active at submission)
  • Experience in ICU , ED , or previous Cath/EP Lab
