Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of functions during designated shifts.
Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
Participate in ongoing assessment of quality patient care services.
Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service.
Engage in service recovery and support a patient-first philosophy.
Provide recommendations for hiring, training, and development of staff.
Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs.
Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (within 1 year)
NIH Stroke Scale (within 90 days)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (within 90 days)
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days)
STABLE (within 90 days)
Trauma Nursing Core Course (within 1 year)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 90 days) or equivalent experience
Basic Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days)
PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (within 90 days)
