WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Work with Investment Services Managers in managing the overall relationship of assigned managed agency accounts. Represent Wealth Management in various business activities and maintain contacts with clients, administrators, trustees, co-trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys, and others regarding accounts. Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, advisors, and others to provide high-quality service and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

What You Will Do

• Process fund transfers, wires, checks, and ACH transactions; manage IRAs; prepare client portfolio review books for Advisors; handle client account maintenance requests; respond to ad hoc requests such as statements, 1099s, trade confirmations, etc.; assist with annual confirmation of investment objectives; support compliance reports and prepare custom client reporting.
• Follow appropriate Regulation 9 processes; maintain required training and certifications; ensure compliance with OCC regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements; align trust policies with division and bank objectives.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in investment management or trust environment
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial services organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SEI’s Trust 3000 Trust Accounting System preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience (1-3 years)

Compensation

Starting hourly salary ranges from $28.58 to $45.66. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Eligible for bonuses and commissions.
