DriveTime is seeking a Customer Experience Guide to enhance sales and customer interactions both online and in-store. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling paperwork, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience while adhering to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in sales and customer experience activities both virtually and in-store
Partner with managers and other staff to meet sales budgets and customer needs
Execute administrative tasks including deal documentation and cash handling
Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate customers about vehicle options
Open and close the dealership as needed
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
Attention to detail when assisting with sales processes
