Job Description

DriveTime is seeking a Customer Experience Guide to enhance sales and customer interactions both online and in-store. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling paperwork, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales and customer experience activities both virtually and in-store
  • Partner with managers and other staff to meet sales budgets and customer needs
  • Execute administrative tasks including deal documentation and cash handling
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate customers about vehicle options
  • Open and close the dealership as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
